Politicians control the practice of medicine. By having a strong TEXPAC, we can help elect “medicine-friendly” candidates who will be most likely to support the TMA commitment to improve the health of all Texans.
TEXPAC has a strong tradition of enormous success in staving off attacks on tort reform, increasing Medicaid payments, and stopping scope of practice incursions.
